It depends on your home’s final sale price, but many clients save thousands compared to paying the prevailing 5% commission. Our clients can expect to pay save between 1.5 - 2% commission.

No. We believe in transparent pricing with no surprise charges. And our fees are paid by your lawyer on closing through the proceeds of the sale of your home. All commission by law are subject to HST.

The simple answer is that there are actually two commissions, a ‘listing’ commission, and a ‘selling’ commission. When a listing brokerage quotes a commission of 5%, it’s generally broken into two equal parts - 2.5% to the listing brokerage, and 2.5% to the brokerage representing the buyer. In the event that we find a buyer for your home, we eliminate the 1% listing commission, and only charge the buyer agent commission, saving you an additional 1% in real estate fees.

Yes. We manage the entire process from listing to closing, including contracts and disclosures.

Our contracts are fair and flexible. We’ll explain the terms upfront and never pressure you. Generally we ask for a minimum of 90 days to sell your home.
